  • Responsible for a volatile and heavy unionised workforce of 125.
  • Organised and controlled 6 departments producing a vast range of frozen chilled and ambient confectionary for 124 retail shops plus wholesale outlets.
  • Established the ‘platinum’ department, this department produced croissants and Danish pastries to an authentic French recipe. Products were deep frozen, packed and supplied to contract customers (road chef etc)
