Expectations could be initially to give me opportunity and guiding me the correct path which is profitable to both me and to the organization. If you are not a starter in this profession and if you are moving with prior experience in a different field, had you thought of leaving your present position before?

Applicant here should talk more about the time he got exposed to this wonderful opportunity which he/she was always looking for. Applicant should talk about his/her passion he always wanted to do or continue and due to financial reasons took up the job initially which came his way. Candidate should talk more about the positive aspects of the job opening here and the advancement opportunities he gets to exposed here. He/She should also mention about the learning he had from his previous company.

What are the advantages and disadvantages from this profession you would face?

Applicant should mostly talk about advantages here than the disadvantages of this profession. Yes, this profession gives lots of advantages like huge success, fame, good money, public figure, media and news paper focused, if successful role model for lots of people, good money through advertisements, famous people’s contacts, and exposure to different world.

Disadvantages are no family balance, no time bound in work, too much of hard work, to have good luck all the time, no guarantee of job for long time as the youth and energy goes the work falls down, no private life as always surrounded my media and very less personal entertainment.

But all in all, life always comes with an equal bag of advantages and disadvantages, its all about choices each one of them make in their own lives.

Yes, it’s a big challenge to be in the industries like Sports and Recreation, as its not a safe money back guarantee and there is no time bound for your hard work. It’s all a luck game here. But being a part of a good organization with good platform for success, I would personally focus on my values and my vision and create my network strategically and work with people who appreciate and acknowledge my work.

How would you handle your huge success tomorrow if you make good money?

If I’am a huge success in this field, I would surely want to donate 10 percent for the world needed people and needed weak areas. And I also would want to open a school of talent to promote more of my passionate interested field, I would want more youngsters coming up successfully in this field. I will still continue to be in my field and would have a right balance of my hard work, and success and open my gate for new challenges and new shows or new games.

Being a famous public figure, if you get an offer internationally, would you  like to be considered as an ambassador or a representative for our country?

Yes, sure…I would love to be an ambassador for our country and I will promise that I will represent my country with full respect and dignity. I would be a proud citizen of our country which gave me an opportunity for my career and choice to be launched internationally today. I would be tomorrow whatever I will be successfully, because of the sheer reason I got the opportunities from my place where I was born and brought up.
