Sales Trainer
- Creation of all examinations for initial training, monthly and quarterly exams; this is to ensure I am able to quickly identify and training needs and re-train where necessary.
- Upkeep of training records including grades and when staff was last tested so I can identify when more training is required.
- Daily reports to our sales manager of the floors activities including any issues identified and my action plan to overcome these problems.
- Floor walking with my assistant to identify any immediate product issues for staff and to be on hand to answer any questions.
- To maintain regular contact with our Compliance Manager to ensure all areas of compliance are being upheld and if not; to discuss a way forward to implement proper practices.
- Liaising with insurance providers to ensure all product training is fully up to date and be made fully aware of any changes, however small; so that all staff can be informed and implemented in training.
- Handling of any escalated complaints or issues which have arisen from; compliance, Product knowledge or treating customers fairly. This may involve talking to the clients, insurer, re-training the member of staff or merely documenting the issue.
- Assisting our Quality Assurance department is any difficult decisions that may arise in regards to compliance, product knowledge or treating customers fairly.
- One-to-one training of all staff who request more of a intimate setting or have a more specific area they need to be training in.
- 6 monthly performance reviews which incorporate many KPI’s as well as Training results, attendance, and complaints.
