  • PA to the Managing Director. Duties include domestic and foreign travel arrangements, diary management, and administration.
  • Sales – since the semi-retirement of the Managing Director / Sales Director in 2008 I have been responsible for all sales for the business from initial point of contact through to completion and key exchange, marketing properties in over 8 countries and introducing new markets to aid business growth.

  • Responsible for receiving and distributing messages from telephone/email as appropriate, taking clear messages and passing these promptly to the appropriate member of the team using judgment of urgency.
  • Providing reception duties on behalf of the team, which involved providing face-to-face contact for visitors in a responsive and courteous manner, and maintaining a record of all visitors to the building, issuing visitor passes where necessary.
