• During my 9 years at Pow Wow my main role was delivering water orders to my designated customers and building up a customer base, each driver was actively encouraged to seek new customers.
• This task was completed by daily replenishment of stock for my 7.5 tonne vehicle ensuring that all requirements to complete my daily routes were covered; this included water, sundries, tools and parts should maintenance be required.
• I was solely responsible for managing my own route; this would involve planning my work schedule around customer requirements and the geographical planning of my route.
• Whilst employed at Pow Wow I have developed excellent customer service and customer care skills, whilst building up vast knowledge of the Midlands and surrounding areas.
• I was also encouraged to use my previous experience of motor vehicle mechanics and was frequently asked to diagnose mechanical problems with all the vehicles used.

• Trained in all aspects of assembly for production of steering rack and beam components for Rover 200/400.
• Responsibilities included familiarity with all five stages of process, quality checking, and ensuring deliveries to Rover Lineside were on schedule.
• Use of various hand tools including air tools and calibration machines to check torque, accurate recording of relevant information following adjustments, scrap off damaged and poor quality parts and remove to designated areas.
