  • I am employed by Countrywide Conveyancing Services (Countrywide Property Lawyers) as an Associate Property Lawyer
  • My role involves dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing, sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, registered and unregistered titles, from initial instructions from Clients through to completion.
  • Undertaking title investigation, raising necessary Enquiries before Contract reporting to Clients on the title to the property.
  • Checking replies to Enquiries before Contract, drafting Transfers and raising Requisitions on Title, receiving replies to Requisitions on Title and checking replies.
  • Drafting legal documents i.e. Statutory Declarations/Deed of Covenant. Dealing with exchange of Contracts having signed the file off and generally advising Clients as to how matters are progressing. Liaising with Clients, Estate Agents, Solicitors etc.
  • Seeing all matters through to completion and associated post completion matters with the exception of dealing with registrations of title.
  • My role does not involve me in registration of titles as there is a separate department for this but I am able to deal with registrations, if called upon to do so, together with all post completion matters.

  • I am employed by HL Interactive LLP as a Residential Conveyancer.
  • My role involves dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing, sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, registered and unregistered titles, from initial instructions from Clients through to completion, being required to undertake initial title investigation, raising necessary Enquiries before Contract, putting in hand the necessary searches, reporting to Clients on the title to the property, carrying out mortgage reports, search reports, checking replies to Enquiries before Contract, drafting Transfers and raising Requisitions on Title, receiving replies to Requisitions on Title and checking replies.
  • Dealing with exchange of Contracts when the file was in a satisfactory position to proceed and generally advising Clients as to how matters were progressing. Liaising with Clients, Estate Agents, Solicitors etc.

  • I dealt with all aspects of sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold houses, with the occasional leasehold flat (registered and unregistered titles) new build properties, Transfers of Equity, remortgages etc., from obtaining initial instructions from Clients through to completion, having a caseload of approximately 70/80 files.
  • I worked alone, being required to undertake initial title investigation, raising necessary Enquiries before Contract, putting in hand the necessary searches, reporting to Clients on the title to the property, carrying out mortgage reports, search reports, checking replies to Enquiries before Contract, drafting Transfers and raising Requisitions on Title, receiving replies to Requisitions on Title and checking replies.
