  • have included streamlining the Quality Management System, replacing the existing operating
  • procedures with a more user friendly flow chart / processing map format, revision of the Quality
  • Manual, scheduling and implementation of regular internal company audits, liasing with
  • customers to resolve quality issues / non conformances and instigating corrective actions where appropriate.
  • A hands on approach is frequently called upon to fall in with shop floor duties including activities
