- Managing a complex caseload care leavers under the Leaving Care Act 2000.
- Work with carers, residential and fieldwork staff to develop individual and group programmes for young people in the process of moving towards independent living.
- To take lead on Pathway Plan and Leaving Care Accomodation Eligibililty Assessments.
- Provide support, advice and assistance with regard to independent semi-independent living, education/training, employment, immigration.
