  • duties included executive support to the Managing Director; Operations Manager and two Technical Managers; all travel,
  • accommodation and visa arrangements for Operations department (17 people); processing and obtaining authorisation for department invoices;
  • Responsibility for existing and new department processes and procedures; taking and typing up minutes for weekly Operations meetings; dealing with all incoming department correspondence and any other department issues that arose.
  • Eighty percent of this role involved supporting the Manpower Support Manager with the recruitment of international field staff, including screening of initial applications;

  • It is my responsibility as Operations Coordinator to manage multiple projects from inception to completion, whilst ensuring the project is delivered on time, and on/under budget.
  • On a daily basis I am responsible for stock management and buying which involves analyzing and interpreting reports and maintaining professional relationships with suppliers.
  • A key part of the role is negotiating on price, credit terms and lead time.
