Career Achievements

  • I implemented systems and training plans that ensured all transacted business met strict quality control checks. All transactions where monitored for quality by internal systems and by an external company which resulted in no complaints.
  • I set KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and monitored each member of staff with weekly reports, team meetings and monthly performance reviews I also introduced appropriate remedial action to increase performance and ensure all training and competency guidelines where met, all aspects were achieved successfully.
  • I created an email marketing campaign that contained 13 different subject headings; these were then successfully emailed on a rolling weekly cycle to a data base of 10,000 clients which brought in enquiries that where then followed up by the sales team.
  • I formed a new branch for a well known mortgage broker based in central London. I ensured all consultants successfully passed there initial training and were able to achieve threshold level competence.

  • I service my existing mortgage clients when appropriate, advising them on the latest mortgages available and all aspects of insurances to protect their mortgage, property and income.
  • I do not actively seek new clients, but rely on referrals. I have been in the mortgage market for almost 13 years and consider myself very competent selling mortgages and protection and have to prove my competency on a regular basis to satisfy the Financial Services Authority.

  • I traveled to the USA to trade shows and to visit the motorhome manufacturers and placed orders for new vehicles for single values up to $250,000.

  • I was very successful and sold over 400 vehicles during my time at Travelworld.
