  • Responsible for all individual affinity and brokered literature including Tesco and Halifax, which involved working closely with other parts of the business and external companies.
  • Heavy involvement in new product development, which demanded regular reviews to highlight any points or issues that may arise from other departmental decisions or actions.
  • This provided comprehensive insight into how a new product is launched and the impacts and implications on other stakeholders within the business.
  • Maintaining literature stock levels, responsible for reordering and reprinting stock, which required forming good communication channels with other departments to estimate the volumes needed for each item for a given period of time.
  • Also checking proofs, signing off costs and checking printed materials.
  • Arranging the production of large print, audio and Braille items for visually impaired customers and staff.
