  • Main roles are designing and carrying out experiments to gain fundamental understanding of the process chemistry

  • Managed a small team of QC analysts and development chemists on new and existing products made from solvent cast cellulose acetate or PVOH
  • Main responsibilities were managing my own development projects which involved liaising with customers to understand their needs and deliver the required products
