  • My role as a clinical trainer requires me to teach Anatomy and Physiology of the Body and the various abnormal conditions relating to the parts of the body to the customer service department and audio training to our colleagues abroad
  • I also teach new nurses in the role of Nurse Case Manager and design processes to aid in the training process
  • And have designed a training programme for a few senior non medical staff to improve their medical knowledge, thus becoming a medium between the nursing staff and customer services (call centre)
  • This reduces the amount of unnecessary work coming into the nurses, allowing them to concentrate on more complex cases
  • My role as a nurse case manager requires me to assess and research complex cases for example: cancer cases, cardiothoracic cases, spinal surgery, long term inpatient stay etc
