Career Achievements

  • Progressed to Personnel Manager after I had been there 6 years as a vehicle bodybuilder. Although I was held back at director level from gaining any formal qualifications which did not help. I also made some good procedure during my time.
  • I did not have a claim against me for anything in my time, of which I am very proud ,as I had started around 100 employee’s in this time, I also had to dismiss a considerable number of people, and this is in a time of big claims culture.
