Career Achievements

  • European Handover: Travelled to Copenhagen supporting the transfer of UK operations to Denmark trained a small Customer Service and Logistics team to ensure a seamless trouble free handover.
  • European Shipping Process: Set up the EU shipping flow process between our Global Distribution Centre in Malaysia and our EU customers.
  • Created the import VAT flow and established the import VAT relief scheme with the tax office. Set up and managed the invoice flow between the customer and Head Office.
  • Generalized System of Preference: Identified the opportunity to obtain customs duty relief on our Malaysian built microphones.
  • Managed the project time-line and the working process from a European perspective. Initial savings of $50000US were achieved with real potential to save considerably more.
