- In this position my responsibilities included active cost control, quality management, regulatory compliance, customer relations and oversight of all aspects of the Korean Air Full Flight Simulator Training program.
- During my tenure I initiated Instructor Skills enhancement programs, assisted the customer with preparation for IOSA, DOD and regulatory audits and produced cost-benefit analyses for various projects.
- During my time in this position, Alton received an award by the Korean Ministry of Transport for the enhancement of Flight Safety on the Korean Peninsula.
- I actively promoted close cooperation with the regulator, with the result that two of my managers were designated as Type Rating Examiners by the KMOT, the first time nonKoreans were so honored.
