Skills

  • Communication: Working in a small team at ProImmune meant having to liaise with different colleagues so that my work could be completed efficiently.

  • Managing a large database of resources such as project and programme managers
  • Identifying potential needs, then facilitating either recruitment or re-allocation of existing resources
  • Liaising with new starters and facilitating their induction and training sessions
  • Ensuring that existing members of staff are fully compliant with mandatory training courses such as Information Governance and Fire Awareness
