• Assistant Editor, ‘News Magazine’ published monthly by the Bar Association of Sri Lanka (2002-2003).
• A Member of the 3- member team that represented Sri Lanka for the first time at the International Client Counseling Competition 2000, held in Belfast, Northern –Ireland (April 2000). Since then have been involved in training students of Sri Lanka Law College for the annual International Client Counseling Competition.
• Appointed the School Captain in 1993, during the Centenary Year of Musaeus College, Colombo 7, Sri Lanka, where primary and secondary education was completed.
• Awarded the ‘Best All-Rounder’ and the ‘Courtesy’ prizes awarded by Musaeus College in 1993.
• Have been actively participating in Stage Plays and have won several prizes in this regard, including:

1. Best Actress prize in 1997 by the Law Students’ Arts Circle of the Sri Lanka Law College.

2. Best Actress Prize in 1992 & 1994 at the All Island YMBA Drama Competition.
