Content Developer/Multimedia Developer

  • As a Content Developer, I wrote web-based, online training modules for Fortune 1000 companies that use Enterprise Resource Planning software such as PeopleSoft’s Basic and Advanced Query. One of our clients was CNA Insurance Company.
  • My responsibilities included developing content, course scripting, storyboarding, capturing screencams and graphic elements and specifying multimedia directions. In addition, I was promoted to Team Lead (Project Manager).
  • As a Multimedia Developer, I used a custom interface for the authoring software Director and took graphic elements, audio clips and scripts and built movies with multimedia interactivity including animation, simulated screen capture, continuous audio narration and instant user feedback. I Shockwaved these movies for internet delivery within Altrum’s Cold Fusion environment. I was promoted to Content Developer.
