Restaurant Manager

  • I am currently working as Junior Restaurant Manager. My role is to:
  • Assist the day to day running of the restaurant,
  • To act and react in the way expected by the Restaurant Manager.
  • Prepare table plan for each service when needed, to ensure member of staff arrive on time.
  • Deal with customer requests and complaints, to book confirm and cancel reservation as and when needed.
  • Ensure each guest receives the best possible dining experience, to ensure menus are correct and printed prior to service, to actively encourage training within the department.
  • Ensure there is sufficient equipment for each service.
  • Maintain a good communication with all members of the department, to ensure sufficient staffing level for each service (rota).
