- I am currently working as Junior Restaurant Manager. My role is to:
- Assist the day to day running of the restaurant,
- To act and react in the way expected by the Restaurant Manager.
- Prepare table plan for each service when needed, to ensure member of staff arrive on time.
- Deal with customer requests and complaints, to book confirm and cancel reservation as and when needed.
- Ensure each guest receives the best possible dining experience, to ensure menus are correct and printed prior to service, to actively encourage training within the department.
- Ensure there is sufficient equipment for each service.
- Maintain a good communication with all members of the department, to ensure sufficient staffing level for each service (rota).
- To carry out any other reasonable request by the restaurant Manager.
- Cash up all the tills at the end of the service.
