  • Within this role, I am now responsible for all departments and work closely with the General Manager on many aspects of the Business in general
  • My responsibilities now include financial aspects such as weekly forecasting, payroll monitoring, P&L analysis, compiling & presenting Business Review Meetings to the Board of Director’s
  • I am also in charge of Health & Safety for the entire hotel and am wholly responsible for 2 annual audits by Safegard for which I achieved the highest set score, the group has had to date

  • I was promoted to the position of Assistant Manager when the Management of the hotel was re-structured
  • This meant taking on extra responsibilities, such as being in charge of specific departments, which were Leisure and Housekeeping
  • I was to assist the Head of Departments with any specific areas where help was needed, as well as carrying out regular audits and appraisals within the departments
  • In addition to this I had the responsibility of being the Hotel’s Health & Safety Representative, reporting to the Group H&S Manager on any issues within the hotel, from accident reporting to visits from the EHO, as well as carrying out departmental H&S Audits
