- The AA had increased our three star % rating and we had a rosette for good food until the owners decided to withdraw from AA membership.
- Increased revenue has enabled the owners to extend the property, which will further increase the Hotel’s capability for the future.
- Generated the name and quality image of Lakeview Hotels in the community.

- Installed 12 draft lines in restaurant pub. Monitored liquor service. Introduced a new food and liquor menu. Increasing liquor profits and reducing beverage cost of sales from 56% to 25%. Also reducing food costs from 60% to 35%
