  • Lotus Notes Administration and Development for the NHSIA flagship project called CCAD (Central Cardiac Administration Database).
  • We provide statistical information on heart attacks to the government. We provide technical support to users and NHS Technical staff, create user accounts, maintain the servers (backups, anti-virus & disaster recovery procedures and training where necessary.
  • Another aspect of my duties are Technical Authoring (I have produced the manuals for our users) and some development work
