I also carried out EEO and affirmative action plan in the circuit.
- Assured that strict pest control program is in force. Employee’s personal hygiene and work habits were observed to be sanitary.
- Monitored HACCP, TQC, GMP, and SSOP at different meat and poultry establishments. Maintained the highest standards of sanitation.
- While working with USDA, trained 35 veterinarians and lot more of food inspectors in the areas of ante-mortem, post-mortem, GMP, HACCP, SSOP, AQL, Sanitation, Safety, Pest control etc.
- Performed quality control checks for the meat, poultry and fish at different plants. Monitored Quality Control, HACCP, SSOP and GMP, program at several establishments.
- Some establishments also prepared pet food. Supervised manufacturing, production and shipment of Pet Food. Sanitation in Pet Food area was maintained just as good as edible areas.
- In most of the establishments, lungs, udders and carcasses condemned for emaciation, anasarca, eosinophilic myositis, epithelioma were, by USDA regulations, allowed to go for pet food.
