- Responsibilities in this capacity were the researching, writing and executing the Technical ground support operating procedures for spacecraft handling, acoustic and vibration testing of flight components and the assembled systems.
- Authored several instrumental procedures that executed the transfer of the spacecraft from the test stand to the shipment pallet, shipment of the spacecraft to Kennedy Space Center and the integration from the shipment pallet to the Space Shuttle flight pallet
