  • Prepared a work contract document to invite bids for sea water intake pipeline and general piping erection. Defining work content, schedule etc. Responsible for bid evaluation. Preparation of Technical Query (TQ) for bids.
  • Designed large diameter piping with Sea water application.

  • Stress analysis for FPSO piping with interface with sub sea risers as per B31.4/B31.8. Cyclic stress evaluation due to ships displacements with respect to hogging and sagging plus ship acceleration

  • Agip-Kashagan Experimental Development Offshore project:
  • Screening of critical blowdown and flare lines for acoustic fatigue and flow induced turbulence.
  • Analysis of main flare lines of the project subjected to the flow induces turbulence. Prepared a procedure for LOF assessment due to flow induced turbulence.
  • Responsible for critical line list preparation for riser island.
  • Stress analysis for Internal and external blast conditions and related equipments, component qualification. Worked on drilling island, riser island, barges, and cofferdam pipe rack.
  • High pressure piping analysis as per ASME B31.3 Ch IX.
  • FE verification/qualification of piping components like fabricated branch, trunnion supports etc.
