- Whilst working for TV licensing I was able to handle a multitude of awkward customers.
- I have recently achieved a new English qualification at college
- Presently doing a Sage accounting payroll and computerized bookkeeping course.
- Was able to demonstrate the workings and usage of a narrow boat to customers although it was outside my normal scope of work.
- I managed to bring up three children on my own.
- Also learnt how to use different in house computer databases, as I easily learn once shown how to use a database.
- I also can do lots of different data inputting and all forms of admin work s part of a team or as an individual.

- Duties involved in this temporary job were as follows
- Filing all correspondence in individual folders and to identify every folder with spine labels.
- Scanning and faxing and copying and sending letters and other forms of documents to different places.
- Data imputing on in house computer data bases.
- I had to put different sort of data input onto spreadsheets, and then print them out for different departments.
- Help sort incoming post that came every day from different job centres and logging them onto the in house data base
- Looking for different files from various filing areas of the floor.
- Other general admin work when needed.
