- In my first summer vacation as an undergraduate I was contracted to an ever going problem that existed between two key databases at Severn Trent PLC.
- Each account detail had to be transferred from one database to another manually resulting in many human errors and frequent inter-departmental meetings to resolve these problems.
- I initiated a standardization macro procedure which solved this problem and most importantly provided Severn Trent with a system that continues to satisfy their operational needs.
