- Responsibilities also included serving as the BOP’s Responsible Line Manager (RLM) overseeing all project scope, quality, cost, schedule, environmental, health and safety performance and requirements and insuring the department’s total compliance.

- Responsibilities included contract claims resolution, client relations, and project management.
- This position was also responsible for the management of complex, multi-million dollar commercial construction projects, regional business development, emergency response, planned environmental remediation and homeland security.

- Responsibilities included the overall management of a regional office specializing in civil and environmental projects in Central and Southern California.
- Projects included oil field restoration, asbestos abatement, demolition and general construction.
