IT Service Solution Architect

• Promoted to join Getronics UK Strategy and Consultancy Team as a Service Solution Architect responsible for designing, advising and overlooking the implementation of Service Solutions and Service Delivery Models with particular emphasis to the transitional and operational aspects of them.
• Engaged on a large and complex Service Management take-on and Migration Project for an international pharmaceutical company impacting over 6,000 users across the UK and overseas for a duration of 5 years
• Engaged on a joint service design project with a large City Council aimed at creating a powerful marketing tool to promote combined service offerings on one side and a flexible, scalable and reproducible operational service design model on the other that would govern service support for all parties involved in service delivery regardless of contract type and size
• Worked on internal quality improvement project that aimed at introducing standard service definitions for standard sales propositions that would enable Consultants and Bid Managers to produce standard RfP documents and obtain quotes for selected services in a much shorter period of time currently in pilot phase
