  • E3 Media and Design Agency. Responsible from all the information architecture and usability issues of redesigning the website of the main telecommunications company of the Isle of Man.
  • Duties involve gathering user and stakeholder requirements using various techniques such as focus group studies, user interviews, user surveys, card sorting, user profiling, user scenarios identifying the problems with the existing site (audit), conducting competitive analysis, designing the sitemap and the wire frames (using Visio) of the whole site, integrating various different sites into one, working together with the developers to make sure the user and client requirements are met.
  • Other projects include redesign of one of a major telecom operator’s global site Orange.com, design of a new functionality for Orange e-shop, identifying some usability problems of educational government websites including Learning and Skills Net (Becta),
  • Identifying some usability problems of CheckMyFile websites and providing alternative solutions to overcome those problems, designing some warm and cold e-mail campaigns for FirstPlus.
