• Liaising with the UK HQ for the evacuation to the UK of all personnel who could not be treated in theatre for injuries sustained.

• Ran a Medical Administration office with 5 military team members and civilian staff caring for a community of 3000 people.
• Oversaw and managed a prioritised work flow system ensuring that all Military Personnel were recalled in a timely and effective manner for their annual medicals and immunisations.
• Produced and implemented new protocols for several areas within the Medical Centre which have reduced the workloads.
