  • Overall responsibility for the Global Project Accounting team consisting of three managers and a team of 18 split between locations in the US and UK, managing 100+ individual client accounts from top 10 global Pharmaceutical companies with account revenue values of $0.5m to $20m.
  • Responsible for the forecasting, budgeting and billing for four individual business units with $50m+ revenues and $150m+ total turnover.
  • Prepared SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) documentation and compliant operating procedures, liaising with internal and external auditors and achieving year on year compliance to SOX regulations.
  • Implemented and managed regular training and ‘Lunch and Learn’ sessions for up to 40 delegates in both the UK and US.
  • Successfully developed a new 10-person Global Budget Management group providing financial control for an account worth $23m.

2007-2009

  • Initially employed as Public Relations Officer with responsibility for media relationships and all aspects of PR activity, liaising with PR agencies, arranging new launch publicity and co-ordinating events with both internal personnel and external organisations including arranging corporate sponsorship of the Singapore Orchestra.
  • Appointed to the position of Operations Manager with responsibility for the day-to-day management of 200+ personnel, managing recruitment and selection of administrative staff and playing an active role in disciplinary and pay negotiation procedures.
  • Redesigned office reception areas and managed overall office renovation works.
  • Developed and implemented comprehensive procedures for company car management, holiday assignment and sickness benefits.
