Career Achievements
- Produce the annual budget and carry out regular review of the budget.
- Examine and report to on the efficiency and effectiveness of internal accounting procedures and practices and advise the Board on whatever action is considered necessary.
- Install Sage Accounts and transfer manual accounting records on to Sage.
- Produce statement of accounts and relevant management accounts to assist the process of managing the Charity and to enable the Board of Trustees to comply with their obligations for ensuring proper governance of the charity.
- Liaise with appointed auditors in relation to the annual audit of accounts and the preparation of the annual reports and accounts for presentation at the Annual General Meeting.
- Presentation of the annual reports and accounts to Members at the AGM and answer any question regarding to the accounts.
- Assist with the preparation of annual fundraising strategy and advise on specific issues for which funding is required.
- Carry out regular Bank reconciliation to ensure the charity bank accounts statements agree with the book balance.
